Free tracked shipping

Every Melty Paws order ships free with tracking, no minimum spend.

Where we ship

We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Israel and Vietnam. If your country isn't listed, checkout won't offer it yet. Email us and we'll let you know when it opens.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery estimates

• United States: 4–9 business days after dispatch
• All other countries we ship to: 7–15 business days after dispatch

These are estimates. Peak seasons, weather and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our partner warehouse. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update.

Good to know

• Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
• We can't deliver to PO boxes in the United States. Please use a full street address.
• International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are charged by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
