Our 30-day purr-back guarantee

We want your pet to love Melty Paws. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us your order number and a photo or short video of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. No return needed.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Please contact us first so we can give you the correct return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer and we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, or your return has been received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear.

Exceptions

• Items that are used, damaged by misuse or missing parts can't be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
• Bundle discounts apply to the whole order. If you return part of a bundle, the refund reflects the discounted price paid.
